Can I tempt you to a cheese fritter this evening?

I mastered the art of deep-frying recently and a whole new world of incredible foods has opened up to me. It is a cooking method like no other.

These delicious morsels are spoons of choux pastry batter with Gruyère cheese, fried until crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside.

Even better with a nice cold glass of dry cava.
