How about a big, juicy, chewy, tangy, salty, super flavourful veggie burger for dinner??
Marinate either tofu or halloumi (I would choose halloumi, obvs) in chipotle chilli paste and fry in a light, crispy batter. Sandwich in a crusty sourdough bun with creamy avocado and crunchy salad. Now try and eat that with your hands.
