It comes in a huge range of colours, textures and smells, a completely unique food, packed with nutritional delights that we can only imagine.
My current favourite is Yorkshire heather honey, from bees feeding on the heather-covered moors of Yorkshire. It is said to have similar properties to manuka honey and only £5 per glorious, golden jar.
