Homemade oven chips

Homemade oven chips are healthy, quick and super easy.

Cut them however you fancy, toss in a little oil and sprinkle over your favourite seasonings. Arrange in a single layer on a very hot baking tray and roast on high for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally so the potatoes brown evenly.

A very tasty evening snack.
