This makes a brilliant healthy breakfast or (I recently discovered) an excellent evening snack. Vary the toppings with your tastes, your store cupboard or the seasons.

Ingredients

- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 heaped tbsp flaxseeds lightly ground
- 2 heaped tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa nibs
- 1 heaped tbsp dried berries or berry powder
- 1/2 apple thinly sliced
- 5-6 fresh strawberries
Instructions

- Dollop the yoghurt into a bowl, drizzle over the honey and layer over the rest of the toppings.
