This marinated halloumi with freekeh and barberries celebrates the flavours of Persia (inspired by @sabrinaghayour) – easy to put together, nutritious and incredibly flavourful. • Vine leaves are super healthy – I soak them for 30 minutes to draw out some of the excess salt.
