One of my favourite healthy snacks.
Fresh, light Vietnamese summer rolls, stuffed with crispy roasted tofu, crunchy veggies and lots of herbs. Add a little fresh garlic and hot chilli to some soy for a tangy dip. ???
Have you used fresh spring roll wrappers before? They’re pretty easy to work with. You just dip them for a few seconds in a bowl of water and wrap them around some tasty fillings. They’re made from white rice flour and I’ve never been able to find a whole grain version. But I think they’re still a great way to move healthy stuff to your face!
I buy mine from my local East Asian supermarket, but I think they sell them in most big supermarkets too.
Also, naturally gluten-free.
