No better spot.
My mind often races, especially when things aren’t going so well. Past conversations, imagined conversations, analysis of what they actually meant. Meditation helps when things are tough (I love Headspace for this), but nothing helps more than getting out on the Yorkshire hills.
The air, the exercise, the truly outstanding natural beauty, all these things help me put life into perspective. And help me breathe again.
