Citrus ice cubes

I love citrus juices and am pretty convinced of their nutritional benefits.

The best way I have found to keep a ready supply of them is to make a big batch and freeze it into ice cubes – I mix pink grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange.

On hand for when I’m feeling lazy – one or two in a glass of fizzy water makes an extremely healthy lemonade.
