Let’s hear it for potato on pizza

My initial double-carb worries were unfounded, this is a wonderful pairing.

Thinly slice and roast on the pizza with sea salt and rosemary. Or grate finely and drench in olive oil before baking. You can even layer a little creamy potato gratin on top, dot with cheese and toast into melty loveliness.

All are absolutely spectacular.
