A fresh, zingy cocktail packed with fresh citrus juices and fragrant Thai basil, with a touch of raw honey and delicious gin.
Dissolve the honey in a couple of tablespoons of warm water. Zest a few scrapes of lemon and lime over 2 martini glasses.
Juice and strain the lemon and lime and add the juices to a cocktail shaker. Add the honey water, alcohol and Thai basil leaves, then shake with ice until the shaker is frosted. Strain into the martini glasses and top with a few flakes of edible gold.
