Real hot chocolate

Melted chocolate, hot milk and freshly whipped cream. In a drink.

  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 75 ml double cream


  • Gently heat the milk.
  • Chop the chocolate fine and whisk into the hot milk. Pour into a glass or cup.
  • Whip the cream to stiff peaks and either dollop it onto the milk and let it melt into the drink or serve on the side, Copenhagen-style, and stir, sip, scoop...
