Real hot chocolate
Melted chocolate, hot milk and freshly whipped cream. In a drink.
Servings: 1
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml whole milk
- 75 ml double cream
Gently heat the milk.
Chop the chocolate fine and whisk into the hot milk. Pour into a glass or cup.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks and either dollop it onto the milk and let it melt into the drink or serve on the side, Copenhagen-style, and stir, sip, scoop...
