Healthy flax breakfast bowl

Thick, creamy Greek yoghurt drizzled with raw honey and topped with healthy sprinkles – cocoa nibs, dried berries, seeds and fresh fruit. My kind of superfood.

  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 heaped tbsp flaxseeds lightly ground
  • 2 heaped tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 heaped tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 1 heaped tbsp dried berries or berry powder
  • 1/2 apple thinly sliced
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries


for the bowl

  • Dollop the yoghurt into a bowl, drizzle over the honey and layer over the rest of the toppings.
